HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept, Paypal and Visa, American Express, MasterCard.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible when they are received. Internal processing usually takes 1-2 business days and then the order is shipped as per the schedule below.

(Please note however, during extremely busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day/Week, orders can take up to one week to process before leaving the warehouse ).

Shipping time depends on which warehouse your product is located. If the item is located in other countries, shipping to the US will take approximately 2-3 weeks. If your item is shipped from our warehouse in the US, shipping will take 3-7 days.

If you are shipping to another country, shipping may take approximately 4-5 weeks.

Shipping time frame may vary based on your specific delivery locations.

UH OH- I FORGOT MY COUPON CODE. DO YOU ALLOW PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

We are unable to offer price adjustments at this time.We are unable able to apply discount codes to orders once they have been placed.

Please Note: Vouchers are not combinable with other discount codes. Only one discount code is accept during the check out process.

HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?

You will  find an option to ‘use’ or ‘redeem’ your code during the payment process. You will usually be asked to enter your coupon code during the checkout stage.

PROMOTIONAL DETAILS

We have the right to cancel any orders that do not meet the requirements of the promotion or that abuse the promotional details.

You cannot combine promotions together unless it is specific. This will lead into automatic order cancellations.

WHAT SIZE AM I?

We have a sizing guide here for your reference. We are working on including it directly to the products page as well. You can always reach out to our customer service team for further assistance's we are always happy to help with sizing suggestions. info@sandyswim.com

Please keep in mind, we do try our absolute best to provide recommendation based on our personal experience with our swimsuits as we understand every woman has different curves and body shape(this is what makes YOU unique). These recommendations are just suggestions.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM- NOW WHAT?

Opps! Accidents happen right. If your swimsuit is not up to your standards. Please reach out to one of our customer service representative at info@sandyswim.com

Please provide photos of the item, and your order number.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMSUIT?

Please hand wash in cold water, and wash alone. Do not bleach or wash with detergent or dry keep. Please hang to dry in order to keep the swimsuit in pristine condition.

Please be aware highly chlorinated water(hot tubs especially),tanning oils, rough surfaces, can lead to premature ware. We are unable to assume responsible for any damages that the swimsuit may incur.
