There is something about a far away land that makes us all want to pack up our best swimsuits and dive into a destination so many of us only ever dream of.
Ask any Australian you meet about the land down under - about their country and beaches and you will no doubt be answered with something along the lines of "Mate, they are the most beautiful beaches in the world."
The reason so many people - Aussies and tourists - proclaim Australia as having the greatest beaches in the world is simply because it is true. With white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters within 20 minutes of Sydney’s CBD to the tranquillity of islands such as the Whitsunday Islands off the coast of Queensland and The Great Barrier Reef, there is no mistaking the natural wonder that is Australia.
At Sandy Swim we thrive on adventure and know you do too. With our Sandy Swim bikinis and one pieces in one hand and our dreams in another we hope to encourage you all to not only enjoy the waves but dive into life with sandy toes and a sun-kissed nose.
For those of you who live in beautiful Australia or have been lucky enough to travel down under - you know just how special it is. To all our other Sandy Swim babes who are planning, or dreaming of an Aussie vacation this holiday season we have curated our top Australian beach destinations.
Just like the beach, Australia is not always a place; sometimes it can be a feeling. We know you work hard and for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere winter has made a giant swell of an arrival. So, sit back and enjoy the land down under.

Situated in Sydney's prestigious Eastern Suburbs along the Eastern Coastline of NSW is the spectacular Bondi Beach. Enjoy North Bondi and hang out on the "Grassy Knoll" with the locals, catch the surf at South Bondi or grab some lunch and a swim in a magical ocean pool at Bondi Icebergs. Located 7km (4mi) from Sydneys CBD, Bondi Beach is a seaside hub not to be missed. With chic and trendy restaurants and boutique shops rested along the backdrop of the Eastern Australian coastline.
A visit to Bondi Beach is a visit to heaven. Make each day count in the Sandy Swim Erin Swimsuit. Perfect to pair with your favorite denim shorts for a quick and east beach to bar look after a day at Bondi.
The Great Barrier Reef, Queensland

Our second destination in Australia will probably come as no surprise. Named as one of the seven wonders of the natural world, The Great Barrier Reef is a breathtaking water world of the globes largest natural coral reef. For the adventurous Sandy Swim girl the reef is the perfect place for you to spread your fins and partake in snorkelling, scuba diving and bare boating. Would you rather explore the reef from above? Grab a helicopter ride, hop on a glass bottom viewing boat, sign up to a whale watching tour, or why not swim with the dolphins and immerse yourself in this great wonder?
The Great Barrier Reef is larger than the Great Wall of China and is the only living organism visible on earth from space. Pretty amazing huh? 134,000 square miles of sheer heaven.
Check it out while you still can. Sadly, global warming and pollution is starting to take a toll on this incredible natural phenomenon. Enjoy the underworld and make it count in the Sandy Swim Isabella Bikini.
